A: We accept online payment methods, including debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Stripe. Instalment payment plans are also available through financing partners.
A: Fees for the services are generally non-refundable once the agreement is signed and payment is made. Exceptions may apply under certain conditions at the company’s discretion, please refer to the terms and conditions, clause 6 Cancellation and Refund.

A: This service includes professional writing and optimisation of your CV to enhance their appeal to potential employers.
A: Initial drafts of your CV will be delivered within 5 business days after receiving all necessary information from you.
A: An ATS-friendly CV is designed to be compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), which are used by many employers to screen and rank job applications.
A: Yes, the CVs we write are ATS-friendly. We ensure that they are properly formatted, contain relevant keywords, and are structured in a way that makes them easily readable by Applicant Tracking Systems. Our goal is to increase the chances of your CV passing the initial ATS screening and getting noticed by hiring managers.
A: You need to provide a current version of your CV and any necessary inputs and information required for the creation of the new CV. It is important that you provide accurate and complete information to ensure the quality of the final draft.
A: The number of revisions included depends on the package you purchase. Revisions must be requested within the engagement period specified in the package, starting from the date of the initial delivery. Revisions beyond the included rounds will be subject to additional charges as per the Company revision policy.

A: By optimising your LinkedIn profile with relevant keywords and enhancing your headline and summary, your profile will be more likely to appear in recruiter searches, increasing your chances of being noticed.
A: We prefer to get access to your LinkedIn account, including login information if necessary, to allow us to make the required optimisations.
A: If you do not wish to share your login information, we will provide the optimisation recommendations in an external document for you to implement yourself.
A: The initial optimisation will be delivered within five (5) business days from the date of receiving all necessary information from you.

While we do not commit to a specific number of applications due to the dynamic nature of the job market, we strive to maximize every opportunity for your job search and ensure no potential opportunity is missed.
A: You need to provide a detailed profile, including your job preferences, qualifications, experience, and any other relevant information required for the job search.
A: You will gain access to a dashboard upon purchasing the Job Application Service package. This dashboard provides real-time updates and detailed insights into the job applications managed by us on your behalf. The dashboard will provide information such as job title, company, location, description, date of application, job post link, and application status (e.g., “Application Submitted”).
Interview PreparationService
A: This service includes mock interview sessions to help you identify strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance your interview performance.
A: Each mock interview session will take approximately 30-45 minutes.
A: You need to provide accurate and complete information about the job roles you are preparing for, including job descriptions and any specific areas of concern or focus.
A: You must provide your available time slots for the mock interview sessions within five (5) business days of purchasing the service with the assigned Career Consultant. We will then confirm the scheduled interview times within two (2) business days of receiving your available time slots.
A: Feedback and constructive advice will be provided within two (2) business days following each mock interview session.
A: If you need to reschedule a confirmed mock interview session, you must notify your Career Consultant at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of that session, and rescheduling will be subject to availability.
Career CoachingService
A: This service includes one-on-one career coaching sessions to help you navigate your career journey with clarity and confidence, offering personalized guidance and support.
A: Each career coaching session will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
A: You need to provide accurate and complete information about your career goals, current job situation, and any specific areas of concern or focus.
A: You must provide your available time slots for the career coaching sessions within five (5) business days of purchasing the service with the assigned Career Consultant. We will then confirm the scheduled coaching session times within two (2) business days of receiving your available time slots.
A: Any follow-up materials or action plans will be provided within two (2) business days following each coaching session.
A: If you need to reschedule a confirmed career coaching session, you must notify your Career Consultant at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of that session, and rescheduling will be subject to availability.
